Click on the plus sign for more information.

  • It is now possible to create access privilege groups and assign a group to each employee/user of the system. This means that you can now fully control user access throughout the system on as many group levels as required. Previously there were only 2 access levels: Admin and User. Now this is unlimited. Each employee/user now has their own password.

  • There are new ‘Commission’ features available in the Sales Invoices and Sales Orders modules including detailed and summary reports. A default commission rate can be entered for each employee and then automatically applied to their orders and invoices if relevant.

  • A document linking/launching feature is now available in the Contacts module in addition to the Jobs/Projects, Quotations and Sales Orders modules.

  • Timelog report by date detailed (no amounts)

  • Timelog report by date (including employees)

  • Timelog report by category detailed

  • Timelog report by employee detailed

  • New feature in the MailFax module to send single emails and email mailshots straight through an SMTP server instead of using the user’s default email application (requires SMTP plug-in).

  • A new option to ‘Duplicate current task’ is available in the Tasks file.

  • A new option to ‘Duplicate current purchase order’ is available in the Purchase file.

  • A new option to ‘Duplicate current job’ is available in the Jobs file. Related tasks, stages and purchase orders for that job are duplicated as well.

  • New referral features added to the Prospects module so users can track where prospects and leads come from.

  • There is also a new ‘Referral report’ available that displays the referral name, quantity of referrals and their value.

  • There is now an ‘Outstanding overview’ screen to view all outstanding items in the system including prospects/leads, tasks, quotations, jobs/projects, purchases, sales orders, shipping/dispatches and sales invoices.

  • Users can filter by name to view outstanding items just for themselves.

  • If you are the only user of a system you can set a preference for your employee record to set you as the default login. This way you do not have to type in your name every time on the login window but just have to enter in your password.

  • New setup option for the Jobs module to auto enter today’s date into the job start date when a job is created.

  • Now a status bar appears for opening and closing all files on startup or closing of the system. There is now a pref in Setup:General to ‘Open all files on startup’.

  • The button to go to related company for the ‘Company’ link in the Quotations module now checks to see if there is a related prospect record. If there is it will ask the user if they want to view the prospect record instead because that’s where the quotation was probably created from. If the quote is linked to a prospect record and an existing contact then the user will be asked which records they want to view.

  • A ‘Vertical week view’ is now available in the Calendar.

  • Users can now click a link on the tasks screen to view the related prospect, company or job record.

  • When specifying a company for a new quotation users now have the option to toggle between Contacts and Prospects records to select from.

  • On the Job tab in Contacts file, the JobType field is now a drop down menu.

  • Added facility into the Tasks file for the user to manually enter a company name instead of having to link to an existing prospect or contact.

  • Created the same Tax Code functionality that was previously created in Sales Invoices into the Quotations and Sales Orders modules.

  • Increased size of the Tasks portal for the job Stage screen and put the task ‘Type’ field in the portal as well.

  • Adding feature where if a prospect is turned into a customer it flags the record as a ‘Customer’ in Contacts.

  • When creating a customer from a prospect and there are related quotations for that prospect the user gets a message ‘Would you like to link related quotations for this prospect to the new customer record as well?’.

  • When creating a job from a quotation that was generated from a prospect the system can now automatically create a customer from the prospect record first and then create the job so the new job is linked to the new customer.
