Gantt Charts

Use JobPro’s dynamic Gantt chart functionality to allow users drag and drop tasks and jobs between sets of dates. With this workflow management software you can break down your jobs and projects into a tree of stages and tasks and assign resources to work on each area. Tasks do not have to be related to a job and can act as a standalone entry on the chart.
The Gantt chart colors in JobPro are either based on the type of job, stage or task and can be customized to your liking. Alternatively you can just set the color to a single color for all elements of your chart. In Setup you can set the color for each job, stage or task type.

Illustrate your jobs or tasks on a Gantt chart. See the stages of a job / project and how they may affect each other. Automatic formatting: Add or remove tasks or jobs, change start or end dates, and JobPro realigns and arranges all the elements so that everything looks great.

A Gantt chart is typically used by job and project managers and other people involved in scheduling. While it is similar to a timeline in that it deals with time and events, the format and purpose of a Gantt chart is very different. The Gantt chart is a table with one task for each row and date in the columns.

There is an option to print a monthly Gantt list for jobs, stages and tasks.
